![]() Knowing that the CoA date can be recorded at different points along the process meaning there is no specific correlation simplifies things, i.e. I was trying to correlate the serial number with the CoA date. One of the other instruments has a CoA with a 3/10/21 date and a serial number M2000230 written in the same handwriting and signature as mine. Had I placed an order, I would be waiting until at least Julyish based on the most optimistic guestimate I heard from the folks with whom I chatted.I bought the instrument at an authorized Eastman dealer, they had a total of three Eastman instruments in their inventory. It actually turned out better for me having done that since I do now have the instrument. The guitars were both drop shipped directly to me from Pomona, totally bypassing the dealer.From the SNs, your guitar was supposedly manufactured a little before my AC422CE, but the COA is dated many months after mine. I responded "fine.willing to wait." They did charge my credit card upfront, but they would have let me cancel along the way. I got a message from them saying they have no stock and they would have to order it. Their website said they had no stock, but it let me place an order. You can see how the newer one is intended to be filled in by the dealer.What I do still do not understand is why my AC222CE-OV has a different COA form. I am thinking your guitar was manufactured in 2021, and the SN is wrong, meaning someone else out there has a SN M2005121 that was made in the year 2000.What I do still do not understand is why my AC222CE-OV has a different COA form.
